This extremely versatile little truck, Daihatsu Hijet (Daihatsu is owned by Toyota) is powered by 3 cylinder 660 cc gas engine, giving unbelievable fuel economy 40 - 50 miles per gallon. This truck has the desireable dual range gearbox, 4WD Low range 4WD High range or 2WD high range all selectable from the cab.

This enable’s it to go almost any where, you can even put ATV wheels on and watch it go through the mud, Making it an ideal farmers/ produce growers utility vehicle. Rated to carry up to 1400 lbs, it is easy to fit a tow hitch for pulling loads around (I have personally towed a 2000lb boat with mine… Not recommned but it will do it!!!) They come in various configurations, flat deck/dropside or tipper (dump).
